Deposit and Guarantee
All reservations must be guaranteed by the guest's credit card that must be valid on the day of arrival. Reservations that are not guaranteed by an
authorization to charge the credit card of the client in case of a cancellation within 24h (18:00h) before arrival are not valid. Payment at arrival.
Cancellation Conditions
Until 18:00h the day before arrival, the reservation can be cancelled or modified without charge. After this moment, the Hotel will charge the amount
of the first night including tax. For cancellations or modifications on the day of arrival, no-shows or early departures, the Hotel will charge the total
amount of the first night.
Additional Policies
Taxes Rates include all sales taxes and resort fees.
Group reservations When booking more than 10 rooms, the reservation is not guaranteed, and different cancellation and deposit conditions and
