Yanahuara es un instrumento de planificación social para su desarrollo
a largo plazo, comenzando con una concientización y una toma de
decisiones por parte de la zona gubernamental del distrito y de los
nativos, mejorando la calidad de vida en las personas por medio de un
plan estratégico de desarrollo, continuo, permanente y dinámico.
Problemática:
No es una novedad que los climas fríos pueden ser
perjudiciales en algunas zonas del Perú. Esta comunidad
de viviendas busca responder a las necesidades de los
pobladores por medio de un diseño digno y de calidad.

La cantidad de agua que podemos cosechar se calcula por
la formula de las precipitaciones anuales del lugar en mm
x el área del techo, del cual se recolectara.
Yanahuara – Cusco = 620mm anuales
Área del techo útil = 68m2

La comunidad de viviendas planea resolver los diferentes problemas que se presentan y puedan venir en un futuro. Es por lo
tanto que por medio de la integración del proyecto “Hotel” y “las viviendas Colectivas” conviertan a Yanahuara en una ciudad
ambiental eficiente, adoptando el rol que se merece por ser la cuna del imperio incaico.

• Mejorar la calidad de vida para los habitantes satisfaciendo sus necesidades.
• Optimización de recursos y materiales, reduciendo al máximo los residuos.
