Con 15 años de experiencia y la misma ilusión que el primer día, Pondecor Interiorismo invierte toda su energía y creatividad en dar respuesta a los

Con el claro objetivo de satisfacer las demandas de nuestra ecléctica clientela, hemos ampliado nuestro campo de actuación, buscando nuevas

90 91CARACTERÍSTICAS TÉCNICAS GARANTÍA PONDECOR PONDECOR INTERIORISMO S.L. garantiza la calidad de todos sus productos en sus distintas marcas: DESIGN y PREMIUM, destinados a un uso exclusivamente doméstico, expresamente no indicado para contract o uso de hostelería. Dicha garantía ofrece además un servicio postventa y toda la atención y asesoramiento que el cliente necesite, atendiendo, mediante reparación o sustitución del artículo, todas aquellas incidencias debidamente justificadas y que queden totalmente excluidas de las siguientes circunstancias: manipulación indebida del producto, uso distinto para el que ha sido destinado, instalación incorrecta, alteración de sus materiales por exposición a altas temperaturas, contacto con sustancias fácilmente decolorantes, procesos de limpieza inadecuados, daños ocasionados por mascotas u otras negligencias durante el proceso de montaje y/o vida útil del producto. Para la validez de esta garantía es necesaria la presentación del justificante de compra original junto al presente documento. LIMPIEZA Y USO En materiales sólidos como tableros de madera MDF y sobres o estructuras de vidrio, recomendamos emplear un paño ligeramente húmedo con agua y jabón neutro, aplicado suavemente y evitando siempre cualquier tipo de producto abrasivo o que contenga lejía, amoníaco, alcoholes o disolventes. Y en el caso de patas y estructuras metálicas, limpiar con paño seco o gamuza. Sobre tapizados, se recomienda un tipo de limpieza en seco a base de percloretileno, hidrocarburos y/o fluidos s iliconados, ( solo p or profesionales) siendo aconsejable un periodo de reposo tras el desmanchado y previo al secado específico según el tipo de tejido. Recordamos que todos nuestros productos de las marcas DESIGN y PREMIUM son de uso exclusivamente doméstico no apto bajo intemperie, por lo que se recomienda también evitar su exposición solar permanente, aunque los muebles estén ubicados en interiores; evitar también su cercanía a posibles fuentes de calor. NUESTROS MATERIALES ACEROS Todos los metales de la colección DESIGN están acabados en los siguientes posibles tratamientos superficiales: a cero c romado e n l a m ayoría de estructuras de sillas y mesas, salvo alguna base de mesa acabada en acero inoxidable pulido. El resto de aceros se presentan lacados en colores blanco mate y blanco brillo. Todos los metales de la colección PREMIUM son: acero inoxidable efecto espejo, pulido mate y cromado en doble baño de cromo. El resto de aceros se presentan lacados en colores negro mate y gris mate. En ambas gamas de productos, los aceros inoxidables poseen una elevada resistencia a la corrosión; no obstante debe evitarse la exposición a ambientes húmedos. VIDRIOS Todos los sobres de mesas o patas estructurales de vidrio de la marca DESIGN son de vidrio templado de 5, 10 y 12 mm con cantos pulidos; pueden presentarse en diferentes colores y acabados como: transparente, gris, negro y blanco, tanto en brillo como en mate, y con algún caso peculiar de textura tipo granulado efecto granito. Todos los sobres de mesas o patas estructurales de vidrio de la marca PREMIUM son de vidrio templado 12 mm con cantos pulidos, salvo algunas de mesas auxiliares con sobre de vidrio de 8 mm; pueden presentarse en tono transparente y tono ahumado. En ambas gamas de DESIGN y PREMIUM, se trata de vidrios de seguridad con una resistencia estructural muy alta, procesados por tratamientos térmicos para aumentar su resistencia en comparación con el vidrio normal. Esto se logra poniendo las superficies exteriores en compresión y las superficies internas en tensión de modo que en caso de rotura, el vidrio se desmenuce en trozos pequeños granulares en lugar de astillar en grandes fragmentos dentados y evitando causar lesiones. MADERAS Y MDF Tanto las estructuras internas de los productos DESIGN como PREMIUM, constan de tableros MDF conformados con fibras c ompactadas d e media densidad. Los distintos acabados superficiales en el caso de los productos DESIGN, son: laminados en roble canadian y lacados en blanco mate o brillo. Las patas de algunos modelos de sillas y mesas son de roble australiano, pulimentado con barniz natural. En el caso de los productos PREMIUM, se opta por acabados superficiales en chapa de nogal americano y lacados en blanco, gris y moka, generalmente en alto brillo. Las diferentes estructuras macizas para patas de sillería o reposabrazos, son de nogal americano pulimentado con barniz natural.
