De otro modo, no se aceptará la personalización.

AIRZONE (Climatización inteligente)
Sistema Airzone que incluye central de control, pasarela de integración con la
unidad interior, con termostato maestro de superficie en salón, termostatos
cableados de superficie en dormitorios cocina y rejillas inteligentes motorizadas
en cada zona.
El sistema permite tomar la temperatura ambiente de cada zona y asignar
temperaturas de consignas independientes, en función de éstas se gestionará
tanto la apertura y cierre de las rejillas como el caudal y la temperatura de
trabajo de la máquina del aire acondicionado.

The value of the included kitchen will be subtracted from the final price of the

LIVING ROOM LIGHTING
Lights housed in drywall ceiling and LED lighting.
AIRZONE (smart air conditioning)
Airzone System including control unit, integration gateway with previous system,
wall-mounted master thermostat in living room, cabled wall-mounted thermostats
in bedrooms and kitchen, and motorised smart grilles in every room.
The system is able to measure the temperature in every room and assign independent
temperature settings which control the opening and closing of grilles and the rate of
flow and operational temperature of the air conditioning machinery.
