Bem-vindo a este programa especial com obras de videoarte
de artistas Portugueses, exibidos a partir de uma carrinha
numa road trip de Madrid a Lisboa, entre os dias 18 e 23 de
Agosto de 2021. Sempre respeitando as regras de distancia-
mento social da Covid-19, o Loops em Movimento retira as
obras do ambiente expositivo e leva-as ao encontro da
audiência nas ruas e em ambientes públicos. Informação
contextual sobre as obras e os artistas serão apresentadas ao
vivo no local pelos curadores. Este é um desdobramento dos
projetos Loops.Lisboa e Loops.Expanded, dedicados à
exploração do conceito e da forma do loop.

Bienvenidos a este programa especial con obras de videoarte
de artistas portugueses, exhibidos a partir de una furgoneta
en un road trip de Madrid a Lisboa, entre el 18 y el 23 de
agosto de 2021. Siempre respetando las reglas del distanci-
amiento social para Covid-19, Loops en Movimiento saca las
obras del entorno expositivo y las acerca al público en las
calles y en los espacios públicos. La información contextual
sobre las obras y los artistas será presentada en vivo en el sitio
por los curadores. Esto es fruto de los proyectos Loops.Lisboa
y Loops.Expanded, dedicados a explorar el concepto y la
forma del loop.

         “Ulysses’ Portrait” is a giddy journey through time and
         through literature. A journey where Ulysses is
         entrapped by the mechanism that is the loop, which
         operates at a narrative level, at a spatio-temporal
         level (given the use of a single sequence shot) and at
         a visual level (...)

         A landscape that moves (through the reels found in an
         old and empty movie theatre), a static observer and a
         soundtrack. This video corresponds to a period of
         research carried out in the late 1990s, in which I
         exhaustively explored some issues (...)

Artistas
           Mané
           Degree in Art Multimedia. She also holds a degree in
           Environmental Health and a Postgraduate Diploma
           in Urban Design and Public Art. She produces where
           she explores the relationships between man and the
           environment, often invoking sexuality from a physio-
           logical/biological and sociological point of view.

           João Cristóvão Leitão,1990
           He studied fine arts at the high school and at the
           Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon. Began
           to take a more active role in the arts in the field of
           illustration, digital painting and live video art for
           musical concerts. In 2015 he decided to concentrate
           on the visual arts and participated in many exhibitions.

           João Bento, 1980
           Is a sound and visual artist. He graduated in Plastic Arts
           from ESAD-Caldas da Rainha, Portugal. Since 2004 he
           composes sound for performances, dance, experimen-
           tal films, theatre plays and live acts. His work articulates
           analog instruments and sound objects, used in a
           multidisciplinary context.

           Eunice Artur, 1981 & agendas obscuras, 1975
           Eunice Artur is graduated in Visual Arts by ESAD.CR
           and Master in Contemporary Artistic Creation by UA
           with the thesis ‘Errância Nómada – o desenho como
           reencontro de um lugar’ (...)
           agendas obscuras is a self-taught musician and an
           instrumental explorer of the guitar.

           Tiago Rosa-Rosso,1984
           He studied architecture at first, but quickly discov-
           ered that his true passion was cinema. He studied
           cinema at the Lusófona University of Lisbon in 2008
           and directed five short films to date: Blue Fish, Deus
           Dará, Law of Gravity, Farewell and Zootrope.
