El viaje de Sil Fim comienza en 1968, con la constitución de
la empresa Silc Spa, que se convirtió en líder en el sector de
las máquinas de planchar industriales. En 1985, nace Fim Srl
como fabricante de campanas extractoras de cocina de alta
gama y premium, centrándose desde el principio en productos
de la más alta calidad. En 2009, Silc Spa y Fim Srl se fusionan
en Sil Fim Srl.En enero de 2021 se marca otro paso importante
hacia el futuro con la adquisición de la compañía por parte del
holding inversor “Ethica Global Investments”, con el objetivo de
apoyar el desarrollo del negocio en sus actividades principales,
a través de una reorganización tanto corporativa como gerencial
de la empresa y con perspectivas fijadas a largo plazo.
Las unidades de producción ubicadas en la región de Marche
en Jesi se extienden sobre un área cubierta de más de 20.000
metros cuadrados; están conectados directamente con las ofici-
nas técnicas, el verdadero corazón de la empresa para la inve-
stigación, desarrollo y puesta a punto de nuevos modelos.
Gracias a la alta calidad de los productos y la amplia gama ofre-
cida, SIL FIM goza de una posición de absoluto prestigio en el
mercado nacional e internacional. La misión siempre ha sido la
misma, anticiparnos a las necesidades de los mercados garan-
tizando calidad y absoluta seguridad. Una especial atención al
diseño y la innovación tecnológica ligada a la experiencia y habi-

A STRUCTURED AND HIGH
LEVEL REALITY
Sil Fim’s journey began in 1968, with the establishment of the
company Silc Spa, that has become a leader in the filed of indu-
strial ironing machines.
In 1985, Fim Srl was born as cooker hoods manufacturer, focu-
sing from the very beginning on high quality products.
In 2009, Silc Spa and Fim Srl merged into Sil Fim Srl.
January 2021 marks an other important step into the future,
with the acquisition of the company by the investment Holding
“Ethica Global Investments”, aimed at supporting the business
development in its core activities by a forward-looking Corporate
and managerial reorganization.
The production sites in the region Marche are located in Jesi and
cover both an area of 20.000 sm. They are directly linked to the

El sistema de aspiración INDUCTION SYSTEM ha sido diseñado para
limitar el fenómeno de la condensación. Puede producirse condensa-
ción en caso de una cocción prolongada con una fuerte producción de
vapor. El proceso físico que lo determina se produce cuando el vapor
caliente que sale de la olla encuentra una diferencia de temperatura
con la superficie de la campana con la que entra en contacto, crean-
do las molestas gotitas. En el caso de las encimeras de gas, la llama
también calienta el ambiente circundante por irradiación, por lo que el
vapor encuentra una diferencia de temperatura baja y tiende a hacer
poca condensación. En el caso de las placas eléctricas o de induc-
ción, sin embargo, como no hay llama, el vapor encuentra una gran
diferencia de temperatura con la superficie de la campana, creando
mucha condensación. La campana está equipada con una bandeja

The INDUCTION SYSTEM has been developped for limitating the for-
mation of condensation. Condensation can occur in case of a long co-

creating condensation has to do with warm steam that comes out of the

extractor hood that touches: this gives as consequence the formation
of water drops. When you have gas hobs the flame is making also the

ce in temperature and the formation of water drops is less. When you
have electric and induction hobs the flame is not existing, so the steam
meets a high difference in the temperature when it goes into contact
with the extractor-hood surface and this brings to a high formation of
condensation.
The extractor hoods are equipped with a tank inside from which it is
possible to collect the condensated steam and grease drops, also in the
