Proyecto Lingüístico: “Viaje a Londres”

“ PREPARAMOS UN VIAJE A LONDRES ”

 Áreas implicadas: Lengua Castellana, Lengua Extranjera y Conocimiento del Medio.

 Nivel: Tercer Ciclo de Educación Primaria.         Nº de sesiones: Ocho aprox.

 Contextualización de la propuesta:

         ¿Dónde ir?....¿Cuánto dinero necesito?....¿Llevo saco de dormir?.... ¿Hace falta
 pasaporte?.... ¿Tengo que reservar alojamiento?....y si me roban…¿qué
 hago?.......seguro que éstas y otras muchas preguntas surgen cuando emprendemos la
 tarea de preparar un viaje, resolver inquietudes sobre seguridad, equipaje, sobre
 planificar el día a día, cómo comunicarse, qué transporte usar…
         Pensamos que es necesario desarrollar habilidades específicas para el
 tratamiento y el uso de la información de que podemos disponer así como estrategias
 para comprender la realidad social en la que vivimos, ser capaces de tomar decisiones
 de manera responsable, conocer, valorar diferentes manifestaciones culturales y
 artísticas y, en definitiva, tomar conciencia de lo que son capaces de hacer por ellos
 mismos, eligiendo, calculando riesgos y afrontando problemas, ser capaces de
 expresarlo, dialogar y adoptar decisiones.
         Los alumnos buscaran transporte de ida y vuelta, alojamiento y planificarán
 visitas a realizar en la capital inglesa, detallando el presupuesto.

 Objetivos didácticos:
        Conocer costumbres, tradiciones, cultura, música…del Reino Unido a través
          de diferentes soportes, Internet, artículos, revistas, folletos (realia)….
        Decidir como nos moveremos barajando diferentes medios de transporte.
        Elaborar un presupuesto del viaje usando una tabla excel.
        Elaborar un diario de visitas con los “sightseeings” de la ciudad descritos.
        Informase sobre horarios de museos, musicales…etc , hacer reservas,
          comprar tickets…
        Mostrar respeto hacia las costumbres propias de un país diferente.
        Comprender textos escritos sencillos.
       

Contenidos:

           Vocabulario relacionado con los viajes ( aeropuerto, medios de transporte….)
           Actividades encaminadas a conocer la cultura, tradiciones
           Dar y seguir indicaciones para moverse por la ciudad o en ruta y llegar a un
            sitio.

           Asking for information
           Comparatives and superlatives

  Secuencia de actividades:

           Planificación.

                   - Realizar actividades a modo de introducción           para motivar a los
                   alumnos.

                            Visualizar y comentar un power point preparado sobre Londres.

                            Realizar un “General Quiz” about English Culture.

                            Adivinar dónde están colocadas y qué quieren decir unas
                             “signals” de las calles de Londres.

                            Ver unas fotos de sitios emblemáticos de la capital británica.

                     - Presentación de la tarea que tienen que llevar a cabo con la ayuda
             de un plano de la capital Británica en el cual se intentarán localizar los
             lugares que quieran visitar, dónde alojarse, dónde comer…..

Proyecto Lingüístico: “Viaje a Londres”
                   - Realización de una ficha         en común para elegir un museo que
                visitar, un hotel donde alojarse, un musical al que asistir, un mercado
                callejero al que ir y un restaurante donde comer.

- Repartir las tareas a realizar en diferentes y pequeños grupos que
               asumirán su parte hasta la puesta en común.

                   -   Hacer un ejemplo de búsqueda con ellos mostrándoles páginas
                       web o documentos, películas..etc…”realia”….

                     - Cada grupo se encargará de una tarea, buscando en la red,
               utilizando “realia”, con ayuda del profesor o profesores y rellenando una
               ficha final con toda la información necesaria sobre horarios, precios,
               formas de ir o moverse a los determinados sitios…..

                    - Puesta en común de las diferentes tareas para completar la
               información.

         Realización
            - Dentro del procedimiento, habrá actividades que deben de ser
                realizadas en grupo y otras de manera individual.
            - Deberá culminar con la exposición ante sus compañeros de su
                propuesta de viaje a través de power points, posters, murales……
            - Se darán a conocer las propuestas, se grabará alguna, se publicará en
                la página web, se expondrán los murales por el Centro…

         Aplicación

             - Las diferentes actividades se realizarán en clase de lengua extranjera,
             lengua castellana y conocimiento del medio utilizando aproximadamente
             unas ocho sesiones, esto es, aproximadamente dos semanas.

Evaluación:

          La realización de este Proyecto Lingüístico ha supuesto definitivamente un
  elemento motivador y una nueva forma de aproximarse al proceso de enseñanza-
  aprendizaje. Hemos trabajado de forma coordinada diferentes maestros del Centro y
  con diferentes especialidades, maestros que hemos tenido que poner en común
  distintas ideas sobre diferentes temas en relación a la comunicación lingüística.
          Si bien es cierto que la primera parte del Proyecto, esto es, la fase del
  Documento Conjunto en la que tuvimos que afrontar la tarea más árida y ardua del
  mismo en la que trabajamos con los objetivos, contenidos y criterios de evaluación del
  actual currículo de primaria en varias áreas y comenzamos a utilizar palabras hasta
  este momento casi ajenas a nosotros como marcadores, indicadores… de la
  Competencia en Comunicación Lingüística, hemos podido comprobar como eso era
  absolutamente necesario ya que sentó las bases posteriores en las que fundamentar
  nuestros Proyectos y de igual modo nos dio la primera oportunidad de enfrentar
  nuestras diferentes opiniones y llegar a los primeros acuerdos.
          Posteriormente la siguiente fase en la que comenzamos a elaborar los
  Proyectos Lingüísticos por grupos fue mas cercana a lo que nosotros solemos hacer,
  así que resultó muy productiva y nos pudimos enriquecer unos a otros en las
  reuniones que fuimos teniendo en las que pudimos compartir materiales, ideas…
          La posterior definitiva puesta en práctica del Proyecto con los alumnos ha sido
  absolutamente extraordinaria, los alumnos han estado muy motivados, participativos y
  trabajando de forma autónoma la mayor parte del tiempo.
          Han utilizado la L1 y la L2 de forma indistinta sin plantearse en ningún momento
  porque lo estaban haciendo sino adaptándose al contexto lingüístico en el que se
  estaban moviendo. Los maestros hemos tenido la oportunidad de trabajar de manera
  conjunta en el aula con los alumnos y esto ha dado un nuevo sentido al proceso de
  enseñanza aprendizaje. Hemos adaptado algún tramo horario para poder hacerlo y
  poder compartir con los alumnos un par de sesiones seguidas y de esta forma dar
  sentido a lo que estábamos haciendo.
          Nos gustaría poder seguir haciendo más Proyectos el curso siguiente pero
  dependemos de los compañeros que se incorporen al Centro.
