A Message from the Interim Superintendent
Greetings KCKPS family!
The third quarter of the school year is underway, and we have started bringing students
back to school and slowly transitioning to in-person instruction. Our goal is to continue
to do everything possible to ensure that all students receive a rich academic experience.
After an assessment of our students’ progress since starting the year off remotely, we
understand that many students are having challenges academically adjusting to the
remote learning environment. This is why we decided to bring back a select group of
students in grades K-5 starting February 22nd. In addition, a select group of high school
seniors were allowed to return to their school campus to ensure they receive the
appropriate amount of credit hours to graduate. There have been many students who
continue to have connectivity issues, and we want to address these concerns before the
end of the school year.

before.
