Graduation Package Pick Up
•Enter Dollar Lot on the Timberview side entrance.
•Have your name and ID on a piece of paper on the windshield of
your car. Show ID at entrance.
•Proceed to the lane you are directed to and pick up your package
and cap & gown (if you haven’t pick up your order from Jostens).
•Scan the QR code as your receipt of your items.
•Exit Dollar Lot on the Sam Houston Dr. side

stadium entry nearest your seat locations.

Highway 360 South
Exit Division Street. Keep right at the end of the exit ramp on to Division Street heading west.
Turn Right on AT&T Way.

● Be already dressed for graduation. Remember to bring your name card!
● Enter onto field from Gate K. All students will first go through the health
   screening and receive a mask to wear throughout graduation.
● Proceed to the first row with empty seats. We will not be seating in
   alphabetical order.

Graduation Ceremony
● No formal processional.
● Live speeches from Senior Class President, SC Vice President, SC Treasurer,
  Valedictorian, Salutatorian, Mr. Villarreal, and Dr. Cavazos.
● After Mr. Villarreal confers the graduates as meeting the requirements for graduation
● the first row will stand and line up to go across the stage. Remember to take your
  name card!
● Before crossing the stage you will hand the announcer your name card and then walk
  across the stage to Mr. Villarreal.
    ○   He will hand you your diploma cover (A picture will be taken) and then you will finish crossing the stage.
    ○   At the bottom of the stage you will take another picture with Flash Photography.
● Return to your row and seat.
● After the Alma Mater is performed graduates will recess out of the stadium through
  Gate K.
