What’s New
STEPS
1. Think of something that is new with you that you want to share with your partner.
2. Go to a assigned breakout room with your assigned partner.
3. Each person will share their news while their partner fully listens silently, without comment
or questions for 2 min. (Remember to introduce yourself: name, school site, & age of student/s.)
4. The person whose name comes first alphabetically will go first.
5. I will keep time. After 2 minutes, I will let you know it is time to switch roles by sending a
message into the rooms.
6. Then the other person will share as the first partner did,
and the partner fully listens silently.

¿Qué hay de Nuevo?
PASOS/DIRECCIONES
1. Piense en algo que es nuevo con usted que desea compartir con su pareja.
2. Vaya a una sala de trabajo en grupo (Breakout room) asignada con su compañero(a) asignado.
3. Cada persona compartirá sus noticias mientras su pareja escucha completamente en silencio,
sin comentarios o preguntas durante 2 min. (Recuerde de presentarse: nombre, nombre de la
escuela, y edad de su(s) estudiante/s.)
4. La persona cuyo nombre viene primero alfabéticamente comenzará primero.
5. Yo mantendré el tiempo. Después de 2 minutos, les haré saber que es el momento de cambiar
de rol mediante un mensaje enviado a las salas de trabajo.
6. Entonces la otra persona compartirá como lo hizo la primera pareja,
y el compañero escucha plenamente en silencio.Reflexión/Compartir ¿Cómo fue su experiencia al compartir y escucharnos?
