Después de que Jesús es bautizado, comienza su ministerio
público. El evangelio de hoy nos ayuda a comprender el
significado del sacramento del bautismo para todos los
cristianos. En este evangelio, Lucas presenta el bautismo de
Jesús. Jesús viene a Juan para ser bautizado. Juan cuestiona a
Jesús al principio porque piensa que Jesús debería ser quien lo
bautice. Jesús le dice a Juan que lo bautice para cumplir con lo
que ha venido a hacer. Cuando Jesús sale del agua, los cielos se
abren y Jesús se revela como el Hijo de Dios, el amado.
Cada día de esta semana haz la Señal de la Cruz y
recuerda que esas son las palabras de tu Bautismo.
Al hacer esto, agradezca a Dios por el regalo de su bautismo.
