Heart of Mary. We celebrate the Assumption of
the Blessed Virgin Mary on Aug 15, and several other
saints also honored this month - Sts. Bartholomew,
Augustine, Claire, Lawrence, John Vianney,
Maximilian Kolbe, and others.
Take the time to read the Lives of the Saints to learn
more of these people who, by following Christ, have
attained their eternal joy in Heaven with Jesus. Great

Garage Sale News
St Mary will hold its annual Garage Sale at the Music Fest to be held on Saturday, Oct 9th from 3:30pm to
10:00pm. Everyone's generosity in their donation of clothes, household goods and furniture for the Garage Sale is
appreciated. Items must be clean and in working condition. Please! Nothing weighing more than 50 lbs.
We will begin accepting donations on Aug 6th, then every Friday from 2 pm to 5 pm, and on Saturdays from 9 am
to 12 noon. No TVs, VCRs or computers will be accepted. Trained personnel will review all donations in the
drop-off area on the North side of the Parish Center building, therefore, please do not drop off donations at the
Parish Office, nor outside of the days and times listed above.
Drop off your used furniture on Thursday and Friday, Oct 7 and 8 in the side patio area, but not before those days.
Thank you for your donations. If you have questions or want to volunteer, please call Eduardo Leon 760-807-2448
or Benny Reyes at 760-703-1224. All proceeds will help to reduce our Parish debt.
