When we are finally able to hear the Lord in our hearts His ways are not easy as they go against the grain of popular culture and political correctness. Yet we echo Peter’s words in today’s Gospel proclamation… Lord to whom shall I go; You have the words of everlasting life. Are we often, unwittingly choosing the things of this world at the peril of eternal life? Take time to refresh the life of the Spirit that has been given you through baptism. Then witness your faith like disci- ples and believers throughout the ages. Be assured of my prayers for you and for your dear ones. May the good Lord bless you with wisdom, health, and peace.
